As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), Berta has worked with many families living in the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil.

Throughout the years, the process of helping families living internationally has evolved. A variety of options are now available for those  interested in occupational therapy consultative support of their child's development.

Evaluation with Home Program

• Comprehensive OT evaluation conducted in Miami, FL USA

•  Three 50 minute treatment sessions. Parents will leave the  treatment sessions with strategies they can implement immediately.

• Following the occupational therapy assessment, a home program will be developed specifically addressing your child's needs and the family's goals. The home program will be emailed approximately 2 weeks following the assessment. It will address goals and objectives for a 6 month period.

• In order to support the implementation of the home program, a 50 minute meeting is scheduled with parents via video conferencing 2 weeks after the start of the home program. 

• Occupational Therapy Evaluation with Home Program as detailed above is $3600. 

• Additional support via video conferencing is available as needed.

Occupational Therapy Consultation 

• All communication and observations are done via video conferencing. There is no need for travel.
